- •Cancer patient, all ages, all cancers,
- •Newly diagnosed patients and have come for FP prior to exposure to potentially gonadotoxic treatment (eg chemotherapy, radiotherapy to gonads/pelvis)
- •Relapsed cancer patients and have come for FP prior to exposure to potentially gonadotoxic treatment (eg chemotherapy, radiotherapy to gonads/pelvis) as part of relapse treatment but may have received gonadotoxic treatment during previous cancer treatment

- •Patients who refuse consent
- •Patients who have already received gonadotoxic treatment as part of current cancer treatment
