Inclusion Criteria
Patients of either sex of age 18 to 60 years, belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring nasotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with
1 Anticipated difficulty airway
2 BMI >35kg/m2
3 Pregnancy
4.Full stomach
5.Nasal deformity
6 Refusal to participate
will be excluded from the study.
