入选标准
- •Adult women and men (=18 y)
- •Informed consent as documented by signature
- •Systemically healthy subjects
- •At least one dental implant loaded by fixed single crowns or bridges (screwed or cemented) with mucositis in terms of a probing pocket depth between 3 an 5 and bleeding on probing
- •Bone loss = 2mm as detectable on X-ray
- •Ability to read and understand the patient information
排除标准
- •Patients with active periodontal pockets
- •Pregnant or nursing women or women planning to have a child
- •Patients with antibiotic therapy within the previous 6 months
- •Patients with peri-implantitis therapy within the previous 3 months
- •Subjects with an allergy to CHX
- •Heavy smokers (=10 cigarettes per day)
- •Anti-coagulated patients (exception: =100 mg/d acetylsalicylic acid)
- •Removable prostheses attached on the affected implants
