inclusion Criteria: Patient and family members willing to participate in this study have his able to complete questionnaires and participate in empowerment model is run ; Male chemical veterans, and residents of Tehran are approved by the bonid janbazan ; Under 70 years of age and disability percentage is below 50% ; Haven’t chronic mental disease ; There is no a history of suffering from malignant diseases, cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, Neurological disorders and motor prosthesis ; Drug abuse is not present ; should be having lower quality of life score (less than 60% of total score) ; Haven’t lung disease before exposure to chemical fumes ; Have to be literate ; haven’t Work experience or a degree in the medical sciences (own and other family members).
Inability to continue working each sample or family due to problems or illness and hospitalization.

Name Time Method Quality of life. Timepoint: Before intervention,A month after intrvention,Three month after intervention. Method of measurement: Quality of life questionnaires exprees by score.

Name Time Method Empowerment. Timepoint: Before intervention and a week after intervention. Method of measurement: Disease Specific Empowerment Questionnaires exprees by score.
