- •ASA I or ASA II
- •Weight 40-90 kg
排除标准
- •1. Patients with heart blocks or any cardiac arrhythmias.
- •2. Patients on alpha adrenergic antagonists or beta blockers preoperatively.
- •3. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension.
- •4. Allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •5. Infection at the site of injection.
- •6. Coagulopathy
- •7. Neurological deficit
- •8. Patient refusal
