To participate in the research, written consent; Ages 30 to 70; Be alert; Have at least the ability to read and write; Be able to speak and communicate; Have no history of angiography and angioplasty; There is no renal failure before angiography; There is no heart failure before angiography; There is no history of confirmed mental illness or severe stress disorder in the past 6 months.
Exclusion criteria: It is not willing to continue to collaborate in research; It has a life-threatening ventricular rhythm; Requires cardiopulmonary resuscitation; Cardiogenic shock; Intra aortic balloon pump embedded; Systolic blood pressure Reaching less than 90 mm Hg; More than one attempt to achieve arterial access.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Creatinine blood test. Timepoint: Three times (when admitted, 6 hours and 24 hours after procedure). Method of measurement: Measurement of creatinine by Jaffe's reaction.;Hematoma formation. Timepoint: 4 times (immediately after the procedure, immediately after the withdrawal of the sheath, 6 hours later, the next morning). Method of measurement: View and touch of the location, measuring the largest diameter of the hematoma with a transparent ruler.;Anxiety score. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: STAI (the state-trait anxiety inventory) by Spielberger.
