Inclusion Criteria
Full of age (=18 years), able to sign informed consent; Admission to the normal ward of the orthopedic / trauma department
Exclusion Criteria
Cognitive impairments, illnesses that affect the ability to sign (for example, dementia, mental illness), lack of knowledge of German, other lack of cognitive abilities, rejection by the patient, reduction of postoperative vigilance, intensive care patients, outpatients
