Inclusion Criteria
participants:
- Parkinson's disease diagnosis
- Age 50-90
- Functional mobility exists
- Written consent for study participation
partner
- Age 18 - 65
- voluntary participation in the courses
- Written consent for study participation
Exclusion Criteria
participants:
- Strong cognitive limitations that would not allow independently and completing the questionnaire
- Strong limitation of mobility
partner:
- Serious physical or mental illness
- Restricted mobility

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The outcomes will be collected at three time points (As a part of the first course T0, T1 after 5 courses T1 and in the tenth lesson T2) by questionnaire (self-evaluation of the patient and the observation from his partner).<br><br>Standardised questionnaire - modules for quality of life (introspection):<br>- Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire-8 (PDQ-8)<br>- Life satisfaction (BMLSS)<br>- Internal congruence and harmony with the exercises (ICPH)<br>- Inner Light / social contacts;<br><br><br>Standardised questionnaire - modules for quality of life (Partner observation):<br>- Daily impairment of the partner by symptoms (VAS)<br>- physical fitness/capacity of the partner in everyday life (VAS)<br>- Satisfaction with the partner relationship (VAS)
