Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals with BPAD diagnosed according to ICD 11 criteria
- •2\. Age between 18 to 60 years
- •3\. Admitted in psychiatric ward
- •4\. Admitted along with their caregivers
- •5\. Able to understand Hindi or English language
- •6\. Have been residing with family members/caregivers
- •7\. Have access to mobile phone
- •8\. Have been residing within 15 kms radius from jodhpur
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants who are unable to give consent due to cognition impairment.
- •Participants with Co\-morbid addiction to psychoactive substance (except tobacco) will be assessed using ASSIST screening test, score \>3 will be excluded
