Inclusion Criteria
Loss of Active knee extension � 20 degrees.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Subjects with an acute or chronic hamstring injury.
2. Acute or chronic low back pain.
3. Soft tissue injuries around the knee.
4. Recent fracture in the lower extremity.
5. Those who experienced whiplash syndrome caused by traffic accidents.
6. Those who had the symptoms of disc herniation or low back pain.
7. Subjects with hypermobility (Beighton score �4).
8. Involvement in regular flexibility/yoga program.
