Inclusion Criteria
ASA I & II , Height 150-170cms
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient unwilling for consent
2) Patient with Thyroid disorder
3) Patient with severe cardiopulmonary disease
4) Patient requiring transfusion of blood and blood products
5)Endoscopic urological procedures
6)Pregnancy
7)BMI >30 kg/m2
8)Contraindication for central neuraxial blockade
9) Coaugulopathy , H/O any allergy to local anaesthetic
