Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy young working and non working women from upper middle socio economic group between the age 18 to 35 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women who have been pregnant or lactating at the time of recruitment women who are pregnant at the time of recruitment and have been diagnosed with conditions like endometriosis fibroids anemia adenomyosis hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism
