Study Overview

Brief Summary

The learning engagement and metacognition of the experimental group using the virtual reality simulation program were statistically significantly higher than those of the control group, and there were significant differences in timing and interaction between the groups, confirming that the educational effects of the program used in this study lasted until 4 weeks later. Academic self-efficacy and clinical performance increased immediately after the experiment, but there was no significant increase between the two groups, and the effect was maintained after 4 weeks.
