1. Children with Spastic Diplegia.
2. Age group 10-18 years.
3. Both genders
4. Both males and females will be included in the study.
5. Children with GMFCS level 1,2,3 will be included
1. Those currently on any medication for CP.
2. Who had received botulinum toxin injection.
3. Who had undergone lower limb surgery within 6 months of study enrolment so as to avoid confounding results secondary to iatrogenic weakness.
4. Children with history of head injury or loss of consciousness, who has contracture, other co-morbid disorders such as Autism Spectrum disorder.
5. GMFCS level 4,5
