- •- sheduled for a diagnostic muscular biopsy in a muscle area reachable with MSOT
- •- able to consent to study participation

- •- unable to give full informed consent
- •- pregnancy
- •- tattoos of the skin in the examination area
- •- critical ill or instable patients
