  • •Male Infertility with cryptozoospermia and clinical varicoceles

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Genetic abnormalities. Other causes of male infertility

Varicoceles surgery

Intervention: Varicoceles ligation (Procedure)

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

Semen

Time Frame: 12 months

Improvement in the semen concentration (measured by million/ml). This will be checked by repeat semen analysis 6 and 12 months in both study groups.

Secondary Outcomes

  • IVF/pregnancy outcomes(12 months)
