Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Participants of either gender who are above 55 years of age
- •2\.Clinical Dementia Rating score of 0 or 0\.5
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Substantial cognitive decline, CDR \> 0\.5
- •2\.Significant cardiopulmonary diseases.
- •3\.History of major heart surgery (i.e., valve replacement, bypass surgery, angioplasty) in the past 6 months.
- •4\.Malignancy.
- •5\.End stage of renal disease requiring dialysis.
- •6\.History of fracture, joint replacement, or spinal surgery in the last 6 months.
- •7\.History of alcohol or substance dependence in last 12 months
- •8\.Parkinsonâ??s disease
- •9\.Neurological \& psychological illness
