Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Existing capacity to consent (maturity);
- •Ability to speak, write and understand German;
- •Belong to one of the following two groups: organ transplant recipient or relative of an organ transplant recipient;
- •Organ transplant recipients with stable health condition;
- •Technical equipment and skills available to participate in the online parts of the intervention;
Exclusion Criteria
- •Organ transplant recipients undergoing inpatient treatment;
- •Individuals (organ transplant recipients/relatives) involved in the intervention development process
