Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Patients of smear positive fungal corneal ulcer and or demonstration of fungal hyphae in IVCM( In Vivo confocal microscopy )
- •2 Size of ulcer more then 5 mm and stromal depth involvement more then 50 percent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 patients with corneal thickness less then 400 µm
- •2 Evidence of concomitant infection with herpes or bacterial
- •3 No perception of light in affected eye
- •4 Age less than 18 years or more than 70 years
- •5 Patients who were unable to complete follow up
- •6 Perforated corneal ulcer , corneal melting or perforation resulting to surgical intervention (therapeutic keratoplasty), endophthalmitis
- •7 Not willing to participate
- •8 Not able to come for follow-up
