简要总结
This study aims to explore the relationship between eating behavior, body image perceptions, sleep quality and peripartum depression among pregnant women. Pregnant participants would be assessed during third trimester using Edinburgh Postnatal Depression scale (EPDS), Three factor eating questionnaire R-18, Body Shape Questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). To provide insights that could inform interventions aimed at managing mental health through lifestyle modifications after pregnancy. The findings may contribute to the existing literature on maternal health, emphasizing the importance of nutrition and sleep during pregnancy.

入选标准
- •more than 18 years old, Third trimester, Primigravida, Participants who are willing to participant, Participant who score more than 13 in Edinburgh Postnatal Depression scale(EPDS).
排除标准
- •High risk pregnancies, Cardiovascular disorder, Eclampsia or Pre- eclampsia patients, Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, Multiple pregnancies, Hypothyroidism.
