Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who diagnosed threatened preterm labor, carrying a singleton gestation, ages of more than 18 years, and available follow up
Exclusion Criteria
- •if had history of induction of labor, placenta previa, any contact bleeding pathologies; endocervial polyp, infection, and bleeding tumors, and an image after performed transvaginal ultrasound was considered suboptimal due to an inappropriate anatomy; the anteriorly lower uterine segment or the cervical canal was excess compressed by any masses
