The studt is non randomised, open label, placebo control, single centre trial to evaluate the efficacy of an ayurvedic compound in hepatobiliary lithiasis w.s.r to histopathologigal changes and biochemical analysis of bile.

入选标准

  • •Patients presenting with symptoms like 1.pain in right upper quadrant of abdomen, 2.referring pain to the inferior angle of scapula,
  • •vomiting,
  • •flatulent dyspepsia, 6.recurrent indigestion and
  • •also asymptomatic patients who are diagnosed to have gallstones, accidentally by USG.

排除标准

  • •1.Patients with gallstones associated with complication such as carcinoma of gallbladder, liver failure, acute pancreatitis.
  • •2.Uncontrolled other systemic disorders.
  • •3.Child age group 4.Pregnant lady 5.Immunocompromised patients.
  • •6.HIV & HbsAg +ve patients.
