2. Lifetime history of injection drug use

Exclusion Criteria

1. Currently on HCV treatment
2. Have a Sustained Virological Response (SVR) from HCV treatment in the past
3. Have had HCV testing in the past 6 months
Inclusion/exclusion criteria will be by self-report.
