1. Males and female aged 19 to 65 years old
2. Single or both shoulder's pain is maintained 3~12 months
3. Screening visit, shoulder's pain during week numerical rating scale(NRS) scored =4
4. Agreed with written informed consent
1. Diagnosis cervical radiculopathy, or treated cervical radiculopathy within 3 months
2. Injury shoulder, operated shoulder
3. At Clinical or radiological examination of the shoulder, has another pathology about shoulder's pain
- rotator cuff injury, impingement syndrome of shoulder, Rheumatoid arthritis or Osteoarthritis, etc.
4. For other disease, needs treatment by Adrenal cortex hormone or steroid
5. Within 2 weeks before screening, has recieved treatment such as medication, oriental treatment, injection, physical therapy for shoulder's pain
6. Hypersensitivity for acupuncture or difficult for acupuncture treatment
7. Pregnant, expecting pregnant or breast-feeding women
8. Psychoneurotic causes: epilepsy, depression, panic disorder
9. Individuals who have recieved operation or another treatment for shoulder's pain within this study.
10. Individuals who as per the clinical research coordinator were considered as unsuitable for participation by radiographic for clinical symptom.
