1, Those who don't have pain in their arms and back.
2, Who can perform back extension without pain or discomfort when measuring muscle endurance.
3, When using ATM2 equipment, who does not react abnormally when the belt is applied with tension as much as possible.
4, Those who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate on their own.
1, Who has been diagnosed with orthopedic, neurological, deep respiratory, or psychological diseases within the last 3 months.
2, Those who have wounds on their back and lower extremities within the last 6 months.
