Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1, Those who don't have pain in their arms and back.
  • 2, Who can perform back extension without pain or discomfort when measuring muscle endurance.
  • 3, When using ATM2 equipment, who does not react abnormally when the belt is applied with tension as much as possible.
  • 4, Those who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate on their own.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1, Who has been diagnosed with orthopedic, neurological, deep respiratory, or psychological diseases within the last 3 months.
  • 2, Those who have wounds on their back and lower extremities within the last 6 months.
  • 3, Who requested the suspension of the experiment due to pain or discomfort during the experiment process.
