Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1, Those who don't have pain in their arms and back.
- •2, Who can perform back extension without pain or discomfort when measuring muscle endurance.
- •3, When using ATM2 equipment, who does not react abnormally when the belt is applied with tension as much as possible.
- •4, Those who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate on their own.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1, Who has been diagnosed with orthopedic, neurological, deep respiratory, or psychological diseases within the last 3 months.
- •2, Those who have wounds on their back and lower extremities within the last 6 months.
- •3, Who requested the suspension of the experiment due to pain or discomfort during the experiment process.
