Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Written informed consent from participants
- •A clinical and radiological diagnosis of stroke with hemiparesis
- •More than or equal to two weeks from initial symptom onset
- •No contraindications to NIRS
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Denied informed consent.
- •2\.Hemianopia.
- •3\.Moderate\-to\-severe aphasia.
- •4\.Neglect.
- •5\.Sensory loss.
- •6\.Cognitive disturbance (mini\-mental state examination \[MMSE] \>\=23\) 7\.Depression.
- •8\.Any contraindications to NIRS.
