Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Written informed consent from participants
  • •A clinical and radiological diagnosis of stroke with hemiparesis
  • •More than or equal to two weeks from initial symptom onset
  • •No contraindications to NIRS

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Denied informed consent.
  • •2\.Hemianopia.
  • •3\.Moderate\-to\-severe aphasia.
  • •4\.Neglect.
  • •5\.Sensory loss.
  • •6\.Cognitive disturbance (mini\-mental state examination \[MMSE] \>\=23\) 7\.Depression.
  • •8\.Any contraindications to NIRS.
