- •subjects with classical symptoms of thamaka swasa 2)thamaka swasa with chronicity ofless than three years.
排除标准
- •chronic copd cases 2)pregnant women and lactating mothers 3)participants contra indicated for virechana 4)known case of ano rectal disease 5)progressive bronchial deficit suggesting surgury,emphysema, interstitial lung disease, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension 6)patients on regular steroids, known case of hypertension, diabetics mellitus.
