Inclusion Criteria
1. Menopausal women
2. Aged between 40 and 65 years old
3. Individuals with a Kupperman index score of 10 or higher, indicating the severity of menopausal symptoms
Exclusion Criteria
1. Individuals who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or alcohol and substance use disorders
2. Individuals who have been diagnosed with depressive disorder before the onset of menopause
