Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Menopausal women
- •2\. Aged between 40 and 65 years old
- •3\. Individuals with a Kupperman index score of 10 or higher, indicating the severity of menopausal symptoms
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or alcohol and substance use disorders
- •2\. Individuals who have been diagnosed with depressive disorder before the onset of menopause
