Inclusion Criteria

Higher diploma students who consent to participate in the study and enroll for the online research module will be included in the study. Lecturers who will be involved in teaching and assessing students for the course will be included in the study. Each higher diploma course will be considered as a cluster. An all clusters will be included in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

Students who do not attend all the teaching sessions will be excluded from the study. Clusters with less than 15 students will also be excluded from the study. No lecturer will be excluded from the study. Lectures who do not consent to participate in the study will be excluded.
