- •1.Patients undergoing intracranial surgery
- •2.ASA grade 1 and 2 patients
- •3.Patient should be Nil per oral as per standard ASA guidelines
- •4.Age group from 18 years to 60 years
- •5.Body mass index ââ?°Â¤ 30
- •6.Patient with GCS 15
排除标准
- •1.Refusal of consent
- •2.Patients with any valvular heart disease or ventricular dysfunction or atrial fibrillation or arrhythmia
- •3.ASA grade more than 2
- •4.Patient with Chronic lung disease, obstructive sleep apnea
- •5.Inability to lie supine comfortably
