Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing intracranial surgery
2.ASA grade 1 and 2 patients
3.Patient should be Nil per oral as per standard ASA guidelines
4.Age group from 18 years to 60 years
5.Body mass index � 30
6.Patient with GCS 15
Exclusion Criteria
1.Refusal of consent
2.Patients with any valvular heart disease or ventricular dysfunction or atrial fibrillation or arrhythmia
3.ASA grade more than 2
4.Patient with Chronic lung disease, obstructive sleep apnea
5.Inability to lie supine comfortably
