Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (a) Patients with cervical radiculopathy, which can be felt on one or both sides of the body and may or may not be accompanied by neck pain for more than 3 months, (b) presence of paresthesia or numbness, weakness, or altered reflex in the dermatome or myotome of the cervical nerve root C2\-C8\. (c) Confirmation of nerve root compression on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) that is related to the clinical findings. (d) patients who have signed an informed consent form. (f) have a Neck Disability Index score of less than 15 out of 50 (g) On the 11\-point scale of the Brief Pain Inventory (BPI), the pain severity score falls within the range of 1 to 6\. (h) perform poorly on the CCFT

Exclusion Criteria

  • (a) Patients who previously had cervical spine surgery. (b) have a history of congenital or acquired postural deformity, spinal cord compression, tumor, instability, fracture, inflammatory disease, or infection. (c) participants who cannot maintain their blood pressure at increments of 4 mm Hg beyond the initial 20 mm Hg during the second\-stage pressure will be excluded from the study.
