- •Those who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily agree to participate in the study
- •- Those who are 20 years of age or older and able to communicate
- •- Persons working in shifts
- •- Those who have no hearing or smell problems
排除标准
- •- Those who consumed alcohol-containing food 24 hours before the treatment
- •- Persons suffering from neuropsychiatric disorders or taking drugs such as sleeping pills and anti-anxiety drugs
- •- Those who have been diagnosed with a physical or medical disease such as high blood pressure and are receiving treatment
- •- Those who have side effects to aroma oil
- •- Persons taking drugs such as pain relievers and steroids
