- •1. Healthy participants of full age, able to provide informed consent and capable to reliably rate pain
- •2. Body mass index: 18 - 30

- •1. acute of chronic somatic or psychiatric illness
- •2. MR-specific exclusion criteria
- •3. Participating in drug studies
- •4. regular drug use
- •5. intake of painkillers within 24 hours of study procedures
- •6. Use of illegal substances
- •7. pregnancy of breast feeding
- •8. acute skin disease or lesion on stimulation sites
- •9. acute nose disease or lesion
- •10. analgesic medication or capsaicin allergies
