Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •People with increased stress load
  • •\- TICS\-SSCS:
  • •\= Mean (T\-value: 50; Score 13\)
  • •\= Mean \+ 3\.5 SD (T\-Wert: 72; Score 38\)
  • •(see manual Schulz, Schlotz \& Becker)
  • •\- Informed consent was given

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Being in need for treatment of burnout\-syndrome (MBI scale: \> 5\.0, as stated by Prof. Dr. Jürgen Glaser, Work and Organizational Psychology, University of Innsbruck)
  • •\- acute illness
