Inclusion Criteria
- •normal cognitive function and impaired memory or Alzheimer disease
Exclusion Criteria
- •problems with musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular disease
- •history of heart disease e.g., myocardial infraction within 1 month prior to study
- •resting blood pressure \> 180/100 mmHg
- •unable to participate in the program
