inclusion criteria:
chronic migraine or episodic migraine (at least 7 days with headache including 4 days with migraine)
according to the International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD III, 2018).

Exclusion Criteria

exclusion criteria:
other headaches than migraine,
acute psychologic disorders,
pregnancy

Primary Outcome Measures

WHAT: primary outcome is the reduction of headache days per month. <br>WHEN: assessed before and directly after the treatment interventions as well as three month follow up. <br>HOW: assessed with the headache diary and the MIDAS (Migrain spezific disability assessment scale).
