- •Patients undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery at the Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital
排除标准
- •Inadequate indication for interscalene block (Coagulation disorder, local infection of block site, Diaphragmatic paralysis, Allergy to local anesthetics)
- •Neuropathic disorderSevere cardiopulmonary disease
- •Systemic steroid use
- •Chronic opioids use
- •Stomach ulcer
- •Uncontrolled Diabetes
- •psychiatric disorders, pregnancy, severe obesity (body mass index > 35 kg/m2), previous shoulder surgery, and an inability to understand pain scoring or the instructions for intravenous patient-controlled analgesia
