Inclusion Criteria
participants presenting with any one of the symptoms (1.edema,2.pain,3.burning sensation ,4.erythema)of envenomation with a history of identified pit viper bite within 24 hours by seeing the feature of pit viper.
Exclusion Criteria
1.snake bite other than pit viper
2.participants in unconscious state
3.cardiac arrhythmia(by assessing irregular heart rhythm ,tachycardia greater than 100bpm,bradycardia less than 60bpm)
4.dyspnoea and shock
5.pregnent women.lactating mother
