入选标准
- •participants presenting with any one of the symptoms (1.edema,2.pain,3.burning sensation ,4.erythema)of envenomation with a history of identified pit viper bite within 24 hours by seeing the feature of pit viper.
排除标准
- •1.snake bite other than pit viper
- •2.participants in unconscious state
- •3.cardiac arrhythmia(by assessing irregular heart rhythm ,tachycardia greater than 100bpm,bradycardia less than 60bpm)
- •4.dyspnoea and shock
- •5.pregnent women.lactating mother
