入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Patient having classical signs and symptoms of the disease.
- •2)Patients of having BMI >25 ââ?¬â?? 35 kg/m2
- •3)Patient of Type 2 Diabetes with blood sugar level, FBS - 126 to 300 mg/dl or
- •PPBS - 200 to 350 mg/dl or HbA1C% - ââ?°Â¥6.5% To 12%
- •4)Age group of 20-60 years.
- •5)Patient fit for Vamana and Virechana and Basti Karma.
排除标准
- •1)Age < 20 yrs. and > 60 yrs.
- •2)Patients of Type-2 Diabetes having BMI < 25 & >35 kg/m2 and Disease Chronicity > 10yrs.
- •3)Patients of Type-1 Diabetes or the patients of Type-2 Diabetes taking Insulin.
- •4)Patients having complications of Diabetes like Nephropathy, Retinopathy, Diabetic Foot, Carbuncles etc.
- •5)PatientshavingDiabetesinassociationwithotherendocrinopathieslike Pheochromocytoma, Acromegaly, Cushingââ?¬•s syndrome, hyperthyroidism etc.
- •6)Patients having drug or chemical induced Type 2 Diabetes, like glucocorticoids induced or thyroid hormone induced etc.
- •7)Patients with genetic syndromes associated with Type 2 Diabetes like Downââ?¬•s Syndrome, Klinefelterââ?¬•s Syndrome, Turnerââ?¬•s syndrome etc.
- •8)Patients complicated with any cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, Carcinoma or any other disease effecting multiple body systems and pregnant women etc.
- •9)Patient not fit for Vamana and Virechana and Basti Karma.
