Patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed with DPN; No adjustment of DPN-related drugs within 3 months; SNAP < 6µV or nerve conduction velocity < 42 m/s); Fibula SNAP < 10µV, fibula NLG < 42 m/s, tibia MNAP < 8 mV, tibia MNLG < 40 m/s; No history of acupuncture treatment for peripheral neuropathy.
BMI > 35 kg/m2; PN not caused by diabetes (such as alcoholism, chemotherapy, genetic causes, chronic inflammation or idiopathic PN, etc.); History of epilepsy; Coagulation dysfunction or use of anticoagulants with bleeding; Having bacterial infection or other skin diseases in the lower extremities, hindering acupuncture treatment; Lower extremity fracture within the last 3 months; Have received acupuncture treatment within the last 3 months; He is currently participating in other clinical studies.
