Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients of pre diagnosed cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
2.Patients of pre diagnosed cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with HbA1c levels 6.5 -9%.
3.patient who are willing to take treatment with regular follow up, who have signed the written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1.patients with diabetic complications like diabetic nephropathy and cardiac manifestations will be excluded.
2.Gestational diabetes will be excluded from the study.
3.HbA1c levels more than 9% is excluded.
4.insulin dependant diabetes mellitus will be excluded.
