Inclusion Criteria
- Down Syndrome patients with an Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome
- more than 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria
- predictable non-compliance of device
- non-compensated cardiopathy
- non-stable thyroxin treatment
- non-stable diabetes
