1) Inclusion criteria
Patients who consented to the study among patients undergoing gastric underwater endoscopic mucosal resection from the date of approval of the IRB at the hospital until September 2021
2)exclusion criteria
1. Patients who disagree with the study
2. Patients who do not undergo gastric underwater endoscopic mucosal resection
3. Under 20 or over 75
4. Patients with the poor general condition [Asia grade (American Society of Anesthesiologists' Physical Status Classification) IV or higher]
5. Patients with an uncontrolled hemorrhagic predisposition
6. Patients with cirrhosis
7. Patients undergoing dialysis
8. Pregnant women
3)withdrawal criteria
1. In case the consent is not obtained and explained properly before the clinical trial
2. When a patient withdraws from the clinical trial
