入选标准
- •Married women with medical diagnosis of chronic non-specific low back pain
- •Pain for more than 12 weeks
- •Pelvic floor muscle strength of 3/5 and more
排除标准
- •BMI more than 30
- •Pregnant women or child delivery within a year
- •Recent attendance at any structured pelvic floor muscle training program
- •Refusal to participate in a digital pelvic floor exam
- •Urinary incontinence
- •Ongoing back pain treatment
- •Any history of neurological or autoimmune disorders
- •SI joint or PSD
- •Previous spinal or pelvic surgeries
- •Acute infections
- •Severe osteoporosis and instability
- •Severe cardiovascular and metabolic disorders
