Married women with medical diagnosis of chronic non-specific low back pain
Pain for more than 12 weeks
Pelvic floor muscle strength of 3/5 and more
BMI more than 30
Pregnant women or child delivery within a year
Recent attendance at any structured pelvic floor muscle training program
Refusal to participate in a digital pelvic floor exam
Urinary incontinence
Ongoing back pain treatment
Any history of neurological or autoimmune disorders
SI joint or PSD
Previous spinal or pelvic surgeries
Acute infections
Severe osteoporosis and instability
Severe cardiovascular and metabolic disorders
