Inclusion Criteria
Individuals who have 10° or greater shoulder internal rotation range of motion asymmetry at 90° of shoulder abduction and 90° of elbow flexion position.
Exclusion Criteria
- Individuals who have history of shoulder surgery
- Individuals who have manifestation of pain at a testing day
- Individuals who have history of medication due to shoulder symptom in the last year
